• Water Temperature: 80°C – 85°C (Never use boiling water; a cooler temperature protects the delicate pekoe-covered buds and preserves their sweet umami profile).

• Tea to Water Ratio: 1 single-serving box (approx. 3g to 5g) per 150ml–200ml of water.

• Steeping Time: Pour the warm water in gently. Watch as the delicate, needle-like leaves absorb the water and perform their signature "dance"—slowly sinking and standing perfectly upright at the bottom of the glass like a miniature underwater bamboo forest. The first infusion is ready in about 1 to 2 minutes. This premium grade will gracefully yield 3 to 4 refreshing infusions.
