• Water Temperature: 80°C – 85°C (Never use boiling water; a cooler temperature protects the delicate amino acids that provide the tea's signature umami sweetness).

• Tea to Water Ratio: 1 single-serving box (approx. 3g to 5g) per 150ml–200ml of water.
